A woodblock print of Boat Quay on the Singapore River at night. Shophouses stand along the quay with lamps burning behind wooden shutters and red paper lanterns hung along the walkway in front of the shops. Wooden cargo boats lie moored along the quay wall, loaded with bales. In the foreground a merchant counting desk carries an abacus, an open account book, seal chops and a cash box. A full moon hangs over the water.

The software is free.Financing is planned.

Today, Simpler.Host, the app for a Windows computer, drafts your WhatsApp and email replies. It connects to Simpler.Asia, which keeps your invoices, expenses, customers and stock online.

Later, Simpler plans to lend, starting with companies in Singapore. It would tell you before it reads your Simpler.Asia records to decide on an offer, and you could say no. That part is not open today.

This page is published by Simpler Terminal Value Systems Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore, UEN 202550777E.

Where your records go

If Simpler lends one day, these are the records it would read. This is where they sit.

AI now writes a convincing invoice, bank statement or company profile for almost nothing, so paperwork alone proves less every year. Simpler would count only what someone else confirms: an invoice the customer confirmed, a deal both sides completed, money lent and paid back, a payment that settled.

  1. A painted night scene of a stone wall seen in section. On the near side, under a paper lantern, a thread bound account book rests on a stone sill against a red lacquered plug that seals the one opening through the wall. The AI Assistant is marked reading the book where it lies. The far side, under the moon, is empty.

    On your computer

Simpler.Host keeps your records on your computer. It sends Simpler.Asia only what a job needs, after you say yes.

    • Stays with you
    • Nothing leaves by itself
  2. The same wall. A pile of account books is kept on the near side, stacked on the sill, and the opening beside them is sealed with the red plug. Nothing has passed to the far side.
    Simpler.Asia

    Online

Simpler.Asia uses your records to do your paperwork and to match verified businesses with each other.

The lender, a separate Simpler company, would get your records only if you take an offer.

    • Kept online
    • Never sold
  3. The same wall with a second opening above the sealed one. A long string of cash coins runs through the upper opening, from one side of the wall to the other, while the account book rests against the red plug below and goes no further.
    An investor

    Outside your agreement

Later, investors could put money into Simpler’s lending. They would never see your records or decide anything about you.

    • Money for lending comes in
    • Not part of your deal

Two planned agreements

You
  • You to Simpler: Your records, read unless you say no
  • Simpler to you: Financing, if it opens and Simpler offers it
Simpler
  • An investor to Simpler: Money to lend
  • Never your records
An investor

In plain words

Not a bank. Not a lender yet. Not open.

The shop from the street at night: two studded wooden doors shut in a stone wall, barred across with a red lacquered beam held in brass brackets, a paper lantern lit beside them.

What this is

The planned money side of Simpler.

Matching is built, but no one has been introduced yet.

What it is not, today

There is nothing to apply for, no rate to quote and nothing to sign up for here.

What to do today

What Simpler plans

None of this is open today, and no date is promised.

  • A camphor wood chest on a lacquered counter at night, shut with two padlocks, the tail of a string of cash showing under its lid.

    Payment held

Simpler plans to have a buyer’s money held until you both say the goods arrived, then paid to you.

At first a licensed payment company would hold it.

  • A ruled, blank invoice hung on a nail on the wall. Under it a string of cash lies on the counter, and beside it a stick of incense burns down in a bronze censer.

    Money for an invoice

Simpler plans to pay you early for some invoices your customer has confirmed. Your customer would then pay Simpler, and you would get the rest, less the cost.

If your customer never pays, you would not pay back what Simpler paid you, or any cost.

  • Crates of stock stacked on a counter with a bale in matting beside them, and a string of cash draped over the top crate and down to the counter.

    Money for stock

Simpler would lend your shop money for stock.

Before you agree, you would see what you would owe if the stock does not sell.

  • Two account books tied together with one cord, and behind them a large gold ingot standing on the counter.

    Deal guarantee

On the matches Simpler is most sure of, if the other business does not do its part and you did yours, Simpler would pay you what you paid or were owed, up to a limit.

It would be free, and only between verified businesses. A deal Simpler lends on would have no guarantee.

The rules for every plan

  1. Before any of this opens

Nothing would open anywhere until the law there allows it and Simpler holds any licence it needs.

Money would move only after matching passes a test without money, against a limit Simpler would publish here first.

  2. Who could use it

At first, only companies, such as a Pte. Ltd., could borrow, not a sole owner or a partnership. Not every company would get an offer.

  3. What Simpler would publish

Once anything opens, Simpler would publish here what each plan costs, how often financing was repaid on time, what the guarantee paid out, and how each number was counted.

Why the software is free

A celadon tea jar on a low lacquered stand outside a shop at night, a bamboo dipper across its mouth and a poured cup of tea steaming beside it. Behind it the shop door stands open onto a lamp-lit counter, where a string of cash lies along the plank and hangs down over the edge.

Simpler plans to earn from what you would pay for financing, and from a fee on payments held for a deal. Never from selling the apps or your records, or from ads. It would earn when you borrow, so it has a reason to want you to borrow.

On the same deal, Simpler could introduce the other business, have the payment held, and lend to you or give the guarantee.

What stays your choice:

  • You would see the full cost and every fee before you agree, and no new cost or fee would come after you sign.
  • You would know who holds the money and which Simpler company lends before you agree.
  • You can switch matching off in Simpler.Asia, under Profile.
  • Names are shared only when both sides say yes.
